Vanilla Chai Cold Foam Iced Tea
Ingredients
ICED TEA MIX
- 1.5lt boiling water
- 20G Arkadia English Breakfast Loose Leaf Tea
- 1.5lt ice cubes
475ML SERVING GLASS
- Ice: 2 / 3 serving glass
- 1 cup iced tea
- 4 pumps (30mL) Arkadia Vanilla Syrup
VANILLA CHAI COLD FOAM TOPPING
- 50mL skim milk
- Arkadia Caramel Sauce
- Light dusting of Arkadia Original Vanilla Chai
Garnish
- A heavy dusting of vanilla chai powder
The Perfect Serve
Step 1
Iced tea: add tea to boiling water and steep (4 mins) Add ice cubes to the hot tea infusion to cool for use
Step 2
Vanilla chai cold foam: combine milk, sauce and chai powder and whisk with frothing wand until doubled in volume (30 sec)
Step 3
To the serving glass, add ice, iced tea, vanilla syrup and mix to combine
Step 4
Top with vanilla chai cold foam followed by a heavy dusting of vanilla chai tea powder
