Lychee & Passionfruit Soda

Ingredients

• 80g fresh or canned passion fruit pulp
• 6 whole lychees from a can or fresh
• 4 pumps (30mL) Arkadia Lychee Syrup
• 1 cup ice
• 3/4 cup soda water

The Perfect Serve

Step 1

Add the passionfruit pulp to a tall glass. Top with ice.

Step 2

Add the whole lychees.

Step 3

Pour the Arkadia Lychee Syrup over the lychees.

Step 4

Top up the glass with soda water and serve.
