From our wide range of Drinking Chocolates, we have a selection of products that are gluten free – our Arkadia Drinking Chocolate 33%, 40% & Fairtrade Organic.

Yes, all of our Arkadia syrups have no gluten containing ingredients.

Yes, a wide selection of our products is Halal Certified including: Chai Spice, Chai Vanilla, Chai Matcha, Chai Espresso, Drinking Chocolate (20%, 24%, 28%, 40%, Fairtrade Organic, Thickened and White Chocolate), and all of the Arkadia Syrups range.

Unfortunately, no. We don’t currently have systems or resources to support the pick-up of items ordered through our website/online store. All items ordered online will be shipped out with one of our trusted delivery partners.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns at this stage. However, if you are unhappy with your product, we encourage you to get in touch via our contact us form, and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
